Fulfillment and shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days within placement. Domestic shipping takes usually takes 3-9 business days; international shipping details will be provided on the basis of each order. Tracking numbers will be provided on each order.  

 

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Original Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns and refund policy

Returns:

Eligibility: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@marypengstudio.org with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: Currently no exchange is allowed.
